A word from the artist -

Hi there! I am a contemporary artist with a passion that is constantly driving and challenging me to make artworks that I love and can share with my audience. I grew up on the northern beaches of Sydney and it is through my art that I attempt to recycle the picturesque moments and highlights of everyday life. I use photography as a starting point, capturing candid moments - from the simple to the sublime. In todays fast paced world, simple moments of everyday life are often missed too easily as society is clouded by consumerism. Taking a lighthearted approach to my practice, I am often reminding myself of how much of a hopeless romantic I am with a touch of nostalgia of course. The majority of my paintings are very vibrant bursting with colour, I often joke I am the opposite of being colourblind because of this. It is through my art works and my duty as an artist to shed light on these moments and memories that everybody can relate to in some way or another.
